As a perfectionism expert and mental coach, I bring a unique combination of over 25 years of international IT service management leadership experience and more than 30 years of coaching in competitive sports. This dual expertise enables me to support both executives and elite athletes in developing their perfectionism into a true superpower.
My journey to becoming a perfectionism expert began with my own experience. As a long-time IT executive and a perfectionist myself, I know the challenges firsthand: the constant pressure to do everything perfectly, the fear of making mistakes, and the difficulty of sometimes letting things be "good enough." At the same time, I recognized the enormous potential inherent in consciously managed perfectionism. These insights now inform my work as a mental coach, making my consulting particularly authentic and practical.
Since founding HJG Mental Flow in October 2021, I have continuously pursued further qualifications. I successfully completed the C and B level mental trainer licensing exams for competitive sports, each with a grade of "very good," and am currently working towards my A level license. As a member of the German Federal Association for Sports Mental Training (DBVS) and the German Mental Trainer Academy (DMA), I stand for the highest professional standards in sports psychology.
