My still young company HJG Mental Flow was initially registered as a secondary business by me as managing director in October 2021.
At that time, I had already passed the C-level mental trainer certification exam for competitive sports at the German Mental Trainer Academy with top marks. Since the beginning of 2022, my company has been a member of the German Federal Association for Sports Mental Training (DBVS) and the German Mental Trainer Academy (DMA). Despite the short time, my clients already include several clubs and ambitious athletes in both competitive and recreational sports. Since I want my company to operate not only in the sports sector but also in the private sphere, I have already established initial collaborations with, among others, secondary schools to provide mental exam preparation for graduating classes. At the end of October 2023, I finally passed my B-level mental trainer certification exam for competitive sports at the DBVS in Leipzig, again with top marks.
